The spark for 612Trade was truly a family affair. Growing up with a mother who could redesign anything into another purpose, and a father who taught the value of building and the importance of not wasting, laid the foundation. This upbringing and teachings of John 6:12 (…”Let Nothing Be Wasted.”) instilled a deep appreciation for resources. As I grew older, noticing the sheer volume of discarded items and researching the billions of tons of solid waste produced annually solidified the belief that things could, and should, be better.
